There’s a meme that says, "Si saben cómo me pongo ¿pa qué me invitan?" (If you know what I’m like, why do you invite me?) When we invite everyone… is there always someone left out? Podría quemarte, starts from this question to explore the mismatches between museums and youth: how invitations are framed, who feels addressed (or not), and how institutional misunderstandings are produced (and how they can be repaired). The result is a book that invites us to rethink the relationships between the cultural sphere and young people, and to imagine more open and diverse ways of inhabiting institutions.
This is the story of a heartbreak between museums and young people. Podría quemarte (It could burn you.)

The book brings together texts by Jesús Arpal Moya, Carme de Ayora, Carmina Borbonet, Helios F. Garcés, and R. Marcos Mota, and includes an appendix with practical tools for transforming cultural institutions from within.
