Institutional Plasticity. A clinical, aesthetic and political research reflects and proposes methodologies of institutional management based on the movements of humanisation of psychiatric practices and contemplative performativity, proposing an exchange through dialectic encounters, somatechnics and experimental assemblies.

The publication asks what practices would be necessary today - from psycho-physical diversity, feminisms, decoloniality, embodied knowledge and ecological emergence - for an "institutional psychotherapy" that takes care of space, both personal and collective, within artistic, educational and health institutions.

This research is based on the "institutional psychotherapy" of F. Tosquelles at the Saint-Alban hospital; the "schizoanalysis / ecosophy" of F. Guattari and the practices carried out in the clinic of La Borde; the phenomenological psychology of R. Laing; the proposals of bodily listening at the hospital of Saint Alban; the "schizoanalysis / ecosophy" of F. Guattari and the practices carried out in the clinic of La Borde; the phenomenological psychology of R. Laing; the proposals of bodily and meditative listening bordering between the art-clinic of the Buddhist monks and Lygia Clark; and the proposals of Jungian analytical psychology together with the presence of Nise da Silveira's animal co-therapists, in the former Pedro II Psychiatric Centre - currently the Nise da Silveira Municipal Institute.
